tired eyes

i think i felt my heart breaking

i was laying in bed and i swear it

i felt my heart breaking.

i felt my heart aching

i felt my heart racing

faster than it should

and it just didn't make sense.

see my heart,

has a sign on it.

it reads: OUT OF COMMISSION

it started slowing down a while ago.

and i never could get a good pulse,

but you see

i think my heart is breaking.

or maybe it's waking

up.
